Your coach will work with you to provide you with a personalised program & a game plan that suits you and your lifestyle. No more one size fits all or cookie cutter approach.

Result Tracking
Your progress is monitored by your coach through our Leap training app, where you will have your own video based program to show you exactly what you should be doing and how to do it (as prescribed by your coach). Your coach will then check in with you fortnightly to monitor your progress, make adjustments to your game plan where needed and ensure you are on the path to achieving your goals.
